Once again, we collaborated with Naim Records for the release of "La Saboteuse", the new phenomenal album by Bahraini-British performer Yazz Ahmed.
With her music, Ahmed is redefining the meaning of Jazz in 2017, the packaging for such incredible work needed to be exceptional and that's exactly what we worked on with Naim Records.
When presented with the artwork, we had some thoughts on how to best translate the imaginary into print, after attentive colour matching and materials sourcing, we worked on the finishings.
The result was a sleeve printed on GC1 400GSM paper, finished with matt laminate & debossed to give the artwork texture.
We also took care of the vinyl manufacturing, providing tests prior final pressing of the album to ensure the best quality for music.
The release also included a four panel digifile CD also with matt laminate and spot gloss finishing, and a bespoke 16 pages booklet.
You should never judge an album by his cover, but in this case, you wouldn't get it wrong.
